These Terms govern your use of the Nevervault application ("Nevervault," "the app"), published by Foundnone. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Nevervault on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Subscriptions, trial, and lifetime
- Nevervault offers a monthly and an annual auto-renewing subscription, and a limited one-time "Founder Lifetime" purchase.
- New installs include a 14-day trial of the full app that does not require a payment method. After the trial, Nevervault continues to work on a free tier (your library stays fully indexed, with a weekly search allowance).
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Any introductory pricing applies as described at the time of purchase.
Your content
Nevervault operates on your files read-only and stores its index locally. You retain all rights to your photos and videos. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your originals.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Nevervault is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Because Nevervault never modifies your originals, it is not a backup tool and is not a substitute for one.

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here.
